Ég held að þessi sveppablanda sé góð fyrir mig. Fann fyrir jákvæðum áhrifum fyrstu dagana en er með meltingartregðu núna og er að pæla í hvort sveppablandan eða Djúpur svefn sé hugsanlega að hafa þessi áhrif.
Ég hef engu breytt síðan ég fór að taka þetta inn svo það væri gott að heyra hvaða álit/skoðun þið hafið á þessu

Það sagt; ég hef tekið Sveppablönduna núna í 4-5 mánuði allavega og ætla ekki að hætta því úr þessu.

Hvort þetta eru bein áhrif inntökunnar veit ég ekki - en það er allavega 100% eitthvað sem "hjálpaði mest til" - því þessir hlutir fóru frá því að vera "meðvitað erfiðir" yfir í að vera "ómeðvitað auðveldir" frá upphafi inntöku í mínu tilfelli.
