Everyone wants to be a better version of themselves – mentally, physically, and psychologically. Our powerful mushroom blend is designed with this ideal in mind. This unique combination is a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern science, perfect for those seeking the power of nature to optimize themselves.

What is in the blend?

• Organic Lion's mane (hericium erinaceus, 600mg): Research suggests that this mushroom can stimulate the production of nerve growth factor (ngf), which is important for brain function and memory. This may explain why lion's mane is often associated with improved memory and concentration.

• Cordyceps (cordyceps sinensis, 400mg): Studies have shown that Cordyceps can increase the production of adenosine triphosphate (atp), which is a key energy molecule for muscles. This may lead to increased endurance and energy, which explains its popularity among athletes.

• Reishi extract (ganoderma lucidum, 600mg): Research suggests that reishi can strengthen the immune system and have anti-inflammatory effects. It has also been shown to have a calming effect, which may contribute to better sleep and less stress.

• Chaga (inonotus obliquus): Chaga is rich in antioxidants, which can protect cells against oxidative stress. Research has also shown that Chaga can strengthen the immune system and promote general well-being.

The combined effects of these mushrooms give you the power to stand out from the crowd – whether you are heading to the gym, getting through a difficult workday, or just striving to be the best version of yourself.

Other Ingredients: Vegetable cellulose capsule, dextrin

The Clear Focus formula is designed to get you as far as possible without a crash. The ingredients blend together physiologically to build both a long-term foundation for the brain and daily functionality.

The core of the formula lies in the synergy between neurotransmitter precursors and cellular structure. Citicoline, as a precursor to phosphatidylcholine and acetylcholine, is linked to the structure of cell membranes and neurotransmitter systems, while L-tyrosine is associated with the metabolism of catecholamine neurotransmitters. These substances are often studied together in the context of nervous system activity and cognitive processes.

The adaptogens Panax ginseng and Rhodiola rosea are combined with consideration for research into the body's adaptation to stress and cognitive stimuli. These ingredients are generally examined in connection with the body's stress response systems, including the HPA axis, thereby forming the basis for a balanced approach rather than stimulation.

Blood flow and nutrient transport are part of the overall design of the formula. Pine bark extract and Ginkgo biloba are both extensively studied in relation to the circulatory system and vascular transport, which in a theoretical context relates to the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues, including brain tissue.

Nervous system protection and cellular balance are supported by substances that have been studied for oxidative balance and cellular protection. Astaxanthin, Bacopa, and Icelandic moss fall into this category, as they have been examined in connection with oxidative stress, cell membranes, and bioactive plant compounds.

Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) connects to this overall picture through research concerning nerve growth factor (NGF) and neuroplasticity, particularly in cell studies and animal models, thereby adding a dimension related to the structure and maintenance of the nervous system.

Overall, the formula is designed as an integrated system where each ingredient has a defined role within a larger physiological context.

Three Icelandic marine ingredients, hand-harvested from the shores of Iceland

Irish moss (Chondrus crispus), knotted wrack (Ascophyllum nodosum), and the calcareous alga Lithotamnion. Three Icelandic algae combined in one capsule. The ingredients are either hand-harvested or sourced from the Icelandic marine environment, which is among the cleanest in the world.

Irish moss (Chondrus crispus) Irish moss, which is known in English as Irish moss, grows along the shores of southern and southwestern Iceland. Irish moss has been used for human consumption for centuries, with various products derived from it. It contains a wealth of nutrients, including protein, vitamins A and B1, iodine, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, and phosphorus.

The sea moss we use is hand-harvested from Icelandic shores, unlike the majority of seaweed on the market today. Data shows that about 97% of the world's marine vegetation is farmed, with many such operations located in Southeast Asia. Therefore, a large portion of "hand-harvested" seaweed is not actually hand-harvested. Chondrus crispus can also be farmed, but this has largely proven unprofitable, and thus almost all Chondrus crispus on the market is hand-harvested in the wild.

Knotted wrack (Ascophyllum nodosum) Knotted wrack is a brown alga that grows on the shores of Iceland and is among the natural ingredients with the highest iodine content. Knotted wrack is one of the oldest and best-known cultivated plants in the North Atlantic and has been used for centuries for both human consumption and animal feed.

Calcareous alga (Lithotamnion) This calcareous alga is a red alga that grows on the ocean floor around Iceland and contains natural calcium along with a number of minerals in organic form. Lithotamnion is unique in that the calcium is bound within the natural algal structure, unlike traditional calcium sources such as calcium carbonate derived from rock.

Each daily dose (2 capsules) contains 150 µg of iodine (100% of the reference intake) and 135 mg of calcium.

Iodine contributes to:

• normal thyroid function and the normal production of thyroid hormones
• normal cognitive function
• normal energy-yielding metabolism
• normal functioning of the nervous system
• the maintenance of normal skin
• normal growth of children

Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Calcium also contributes to:

• normal muscle function
• normal neurotransmission
• normal blood clotting
• normal energy-yielding metabolism
• normal function of digestive enzymes
• the process of cell division and specialisation
