Shipping and delivery

We send orders with Dropp and Íslandspóstur, and you can choose the delivery method that suits you best during the checkout process.

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the following guidelines apply regarding delivery times:

Dropp
Shipments are generally delivered the same day in the capital area and the Southwest corner. Elsewhere in the country, the standard is delivery the next business day.

Íslandspóstur
In the capital area, same-day delivery is available to Póstbox or via home delivery when the shipment reaches the Post Office within specified time limits. Otherwise, the standard is generally delivery the next business day. Shipments between regions can take up to two business days, and delivery time in rural areas may be longer.

Delivery times may, however, change due to workload, weather, location, or other circumstances at the carrier.

You will receive a notification from the respective carrier when the shipment is in their system and again when it is ready for delivery.

Free shipping is available for all orders valued at 15,000 ISK or more.
