NATURE IS THE SOLUTION

But nature alone is not a magic solution

It takes us many years to reach a bad place physically and mentally. By the same token, it takes time to unravel such a trend and reverse it. Anyone who promises you otherwise is selling you something other than health—quick fixes that can have more negative effects in the long run.

The body is systematic, just like nature. We achieve the best health when it is supported by knowledge, with the right formulas, the right dosages, and the right physiological approach. That is where biotechnology comes in.

Raw materials found nowhere else

Our Iceland moss is harvested along the country's southern shores by Ingling staff, friends, and family. It is always clipped, never ripped up by the roots, because the resource needs to regenerate, and it will not do so if we treat it poorly.

Icelandic Iceland moss is exceptionally pure and rich in protein, vitamins A and B1, and iodine, and has been used here since the settlement of Iceland. There is a reason for that.

We also source astaxanthin cultivated in Iceland, wild Icelandic berries, and salt extracted from seawater here in the country. We utilize as many Icelandic raw materials as possible.

Western and Eastern are not opposites

Western science gives us measurable results and precision, while Eastern traditions provide context and balance. We do not set them against each other; instead, we utilize the synergy between them. They strengthen each other and help us answer the same question: how do we get the greatest efficacy out of the product for the person taking it?

The forms matter

Natural raw materials are a starting point, not a quality stamp. Magnesium from minerals and magnesium bound to glycine are both natural—but the body does not utilize them the same way.

That is why we choose specific forms:

  • Bisglycinate for magnesium, zinc, and iron—bound to an amino acid, gentler on the stomach
  • Selenized yeast for selenium, the same form that food provides
  • K2 as MK-7 from fermentation, with a much longer lifespan in the blood than MK-4
  • KSM-66® ashwagandha, the extract used in most published studies
  • Astaxanthin from Algalíf, cultivated here in Iceland

Supplements are tools, not a solution

Sleep, nutrition, exercise, and stress management sustain health. Supplements are just one link in that chain—but an important link. Start simple, set realistic goals, and build a routine that works for the long term. Health is built through repetition, not effort.
