Three Icelandic ingredients from the sea, hand-harvested along Iceland's shores
Irish moss (Chondrus crispus) and knotted wrack (Ascophyllum nodosum). The ingredients are either hand-harvested or sourced from the Icelandic marine environment, which is among the cleanest in the world.
Irish moss (Chondrus crispus) Irish moss, known in Icelandic as *Fjörugrös*, grows along the southern and southwestern shores of Iceland. Irish moss has been used for human consumption for centuries, with various products derived from it. It contains a wealth of nutrients, including protein, vitamins A and B1, iodine, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, and phosphorus.
The sea moss we use is hand-harvested along Iceland's shores, unlike the majority of seaweed on the market today. Data shows that about 97% of the world's seaweed comes from cultivation, much of which is located in Southeast Asia. Consequently, a large portion of "hand-harvested" seaweed is not actually hand-harvested. *Chondrus crispus* can also be cultivated, but this has largely proven to be unprofitable, so almost all *Chondrus crispus* on the market is hand-harvested from the wild.
Knotted wrack (Ascophyllum nodosum) Knotted wrack is a brown alga that grows in the intertidal zones along Iceland's shores and is among the natural ingredients with the highest iodine content. Knotted wrack is one of the oldest and best-known utility plants in the North Atlantic and has been used for centuries for both human consumption and animal feed.

Coffee wakes you up. The mushrooms take care of the rest.
Mushroom coffee is a blend of freeze-dried coffee (80%) and extracts of four medicinal mushrooms (20%), 1,700 mg of mushrooms in every cup. Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps and Chaga. One scoop, hot water, stir. The same morning routine as before, but with clarity that lasts past noon instead of crashing at two o'clock.
The caffeine content is 75 mg per cup. Enough to wake up, not enough to get the jitters. The mushrooms provide the rest of the energy.
What's in the cup?
- Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus), 510 mg: The focus mushroom. Studied for its effects on nerve growth factor (NGF), memory and concentration.
- Reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum), 510 mg: The mushroom of calm. Balances the nervous system against the caffeine so the energy comes without restlessness.
- Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis), 340 mg: The mushroom athletes know. Linked to cellular ATP production and oxygen utilisation.
- Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), 340 mg: Grows on northern birch trees and is one of nature's most antioxidant-rich ingredients.
Why coffee and not capsules?
Because you drink coffee anyway. Capsules get forgotten, morning coffee does not.
How do you use it?
One level scoop (8.5 g) in a cup of hot water, stir. Also very good brewed in a filter coffee machine. A scoop is included in the tin.
Made in Iceland
Blended and packed by Ingling in Mosfellsbær, Iceland. The mushrooms are extracts, not raw powder: smaller quantity, higher potency.
Per serving (8.5 g): Freeze-dried coffee 6.8 g (80%), Lion's Mane extract 510 mg, Reishi extract 510 mg, Cordyceps extract 340 mg, Chaga extract 340 mg. Caffeine: 75 mg.
Packaging: 170 g • 20 servings • scoop included
Storage: Closed, in a dry place. Freeze-dried coffee absorbs moisture; close the tin well.
Straight from the Himalayan mountains, Shilajit is finally available in Iceland in capsule form.
Each bottle contains 60 capsules.
Shilajit, which means "Destroyer of Weakness," is packed with vitamins and minerals. This blend is rich in the active compound fulvic acid, which is the most potent element in humic acid typically found in Shilajit.
According to ancient stories, Aristotle is said to have given Shilajit to Alexander the Great and his soldiers before their campaigns, which is why it has earned the name "Destroyer of Weakness."
Magnesium in a form that the body absorbs quickly — with B6 to help it enter the cells.
Magnesium is involved in over 300 chemical reactions in the body: muscle contraction, nerve signaling, energy production, and sleep. Most people get too little from their diet. Magnesium citrate is highly soluble, absorbs quickly, and is suitable for those who want to feel the difference fast. The vitamin B6 in the capsule helps the magnesium enter the cells where it does its work.
What is in the daily dose (3 capsules)?
- Magnesium (citrate) – 242 mg: 64% of the reference value. The citrate form is known for good absorption and being gentle on digestion — keeping it moving without being too harsh.
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – 4.2 mg: 300% of the reference value. B6 and magnesium work together: B6 increases the uptake of magnesium into cells, and magnesium is needed to activate B6.
Who is it for?
Nighttime leg cramps. Stiff muscles after exercise. Those who sleep lightly or have difficulty relaxing in the evening. Those who drink a lot of coffee — caffeine increases magnesium excretion.
How do you use it?
Three capsules a day with food, or all three in the evening if the goal is sleep and relaxation. Leg cramps and muscle tension usually subside within 1–2 weeks.
Packaging: 90 capsules • 30-day supply • 3 capsules per day
Content per capsule: Magnesium citrate 498 mg, pyridoxine HCl 1.7 mg. Vegetable cellulose capsules. No additives.
Manufactured in Iceland by Ingling ehf.
The mildest form of magnesium available. For sleep, relaxation, and sensitive digestion.
Magnesium bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. It passes through the intestinal wall as an intact molecule, does not irritate digestion, and does not have the laxative effects that citrate and oxide do. Glycine itself is not just a carrier — it calms the nervous system and is associated with deeper sleep. This is why it is the form that people take in the evening.
What is in a daily dose (3 capsules)?
- Magnesium (bisglycinate) – 211 mg: 56% of the reference value. For muscles, the nervous system, sleep, and energy metabolism. Bisglycinate is the form with the best absorption and fewest side effects on digestion.
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – 4.2 mg: 300% of the reference value. B6 helps transport magnesium into the cells, and magnesium is needed to activate B6 — they work as a pair.
For whom?
Those who are light sleepers or wake up feeling tense. Those who have tried other magnesium supplements and experienced stomach discomfort. Nighttime leg cramps, stiff muscles after exercise, or long days that end with your head still racing.
How do you use it?
Three capsules in the evening, 30–60 minutes before bedtime, or spread throughout the day with food. Relaxation and sleep benefits are often felt the first night; muscle effects build up over 1–2 weeks.
If you prefer a faster-acting form for the day and digestion, Magnesium citrate is the right choice.
Packaging: 90 capsules • 30-day supply • 3 capsules per day
Content per capsule: Magnesium bisglycinate 498 mg, pyridoxine HCl 1.7 mg. Vegetable-based capsules. No additives.
