KRAFTUR is made with the primary herbs and mushrooms that have a scientific background in supporting the hormonal system in men, along with all the vitamins and minerals that are an essential foundation to build upon (Vitamin D, for example). KRAFTUR is also designed to support the thyroid with Icelandic knotted kelp (IODINE BOMB) and Selenium to maintain the strength in the system.

Ingling was founded with one dream two years ago: to create the best testosterone booster possible, and finally, the dream has come true. We proudly present KRAFT, which contains, among other things:

KSM-66 Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera):
Studies suggest that ashwagandha can reduce cortisol levels, increase testosterone, and improve male fertility. It has also shown effects on reduced stress, better sleep, and increased muscle mass during exercise.

Himalayan Shilajit (40% fulvic acid):
Shilajit is a mineral-rich compound from the Himalayas that supports mitochondrial function, improves energy levels and fertility, and delays aging processes. Studies show that it can increase both total and free testosterone.

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum):
Fenugreek supports increased free testosterone and libido, in addition to having a positive effect on blood sugar and inflammation. Used by athletes to support muscle growth and recovery.

Maca (Lepidium meyenii):
Maca does not directly raise testosterone, but it has shown effects on libido and mental energy. It supports the hypothalamic-pituitary axis and can increase balance, endurance, and mental performance.

Cordyceps sinensis:
Cordyceps stimulates ATP production, which improves energy and stamina. Studies have also shown that it can affect testosterone production and testicular function. Very popular among athletes.

Icelandic Knotted Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum):
Rich in iodine, which supports the thyroid—a cornerstone of hormonal balance and metabolism. Knotted kelp also contains trace elements that support recovery and general well-being.

Black pepper extract (95% piperine):
Piperine increases the absorption of other substances, especially D3 and K2. It also has a stimulating effect on metabolism and can have a positive impact on hormonal balance and circulation.

Zinc glycinate:
Zinc plays a key role in testosterone production and fertility. Deficiency is linked to low testosterone and impaired immunity. The glycinate form ensures good absorption and is gentle on digestion.

Boron citrate:
Boron can increase free testosterone, lower estradiol, and support bone health. It also improves the utilization of Vitamin D and magnesium.

Selenium:
Selenium supports testosterone and sperm production and has antioxidant activity that protects cells against oxidative stress.

Vitamin D3:
Vitamin D is a precursor to hormones and is directly linked to higher testosterone levels and improved mental well-being. Common deficiency in Iceland makes supplementation especially important.

Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-4):
In animal studies, K2 has increased testosterone production in the testicles. It also supports calcium balance and heart health in conjunction with D3.

Iodine:
Essential for the thyroid, which regulates metabolism and affects hormonal balance, including testosterone production.

Everyone wants to be a better version of themselves – mentally, physically, and psychologically. Our powerful mushroom blend is designed with this ideal in mind. This unique combination is a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern science, perfect for those seeking the power of nature to optimize themselves.

What is in the blend?

• Organic Lion's mane (hericium erinaceus, 600mg): Research suggests that this mushroom can stimulate the production of nerve growth factor (ngf), which is important for brain function and memory. This may explain why lion's mane is often associated with improved memory and concentration.
