Minerals + vitamins

Zinc glycinate (12 mg)
Zinc plays a key role in immune function, skin health, hormonal function, and the absorption of other minerals. The glycinate form ensures good absorption.

Copper bisglycinate (1 mg)
Supports iron transport and works in synergy with zinc and iron. Important for collagen formation and neurological function.

Boron citrate (7 mg)
Supports hormonal function (testosterone and estrogen) and the absorption of minerals such as D3, calcium, and magnesium.

Iodine (130 mcg)
Essential for thyroid hormones and metabolic regulation. Iodine deficiency can lead to fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and fertility problems.

Selenium glycinate (100 mcg)
A powerful antioxidant that supports the thyroid and detoxification. The glycinate form improves absorption and bioavailability.

Iron bisglycinate (14 mg)
Iron is necessary for blood formation and energy. Bisglycinate is absorbed without digestive discomfort, unlike traditional iron.

Here, Bladderwrack and KSM-66 have been replaced with Vegan KSM-66, Icelandic Moss, and Iodine

Ingling was founded two years ago with one dream: to create the best testosterone booster possible, and the dream has finally come true. We proudly introduce KRAFT, which contains, among other things:

Vegan KSM-66 Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera):
Studies suggest that ashwagandha can reduce cortisol levels, increase testosterone, and improve male fertility. It has also shown effects on reduced stress, better sleep, and increased muscle mass during exercise.

Himalayan Shilajit (40% fulvic acid):
Shilajit is a mineral-rich mixture from the Himalayas that supports mitochondrial function, improves energy levels and fertility, and slows down aging processes. Studies show that it can increase both total and free testosterone.

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum):
Fenugreek supports increased free testosterone and libido, in addition to having positive effects on blood sugar and inflammation. Used by athletes to support muscle growth and recovery.

Maca (Lepidium meyenii):
Maca does not increase testosterone directly but has shown effects on libido and mental energy. It supports the hypothalamus-pituitary axis and can increase balance, endurance, and mental performance.

Cordyceps sinensis:
Cordyceps stimulates ATP production, which improves energy and stamina. Studies have also shown that it can have an effect on testosterone production and testicular function. Very popular among athletes.

Icelandic Moss:
Contains active polysaccharides that support the immune system, improve digestion, and reduce inflammation. Natural antioxidants protect cells against oxidative stress and support energy balance, endurance, and recovery.

Black pepper extract (95% piperine):
Piperine increases the absorption of other substances, especially D3 and K2. Also has a stimulating effect on metabolism and can have a positive effect on hormonal balance and circulation.

Zinc glycinate:
Zinc plays a key role in testosterone production and fertility. Deficiency is linked to low testosterone and impaired immunity. The glycinate form ensures good absorption and is gentle on digestion.

Boron:
Boron can increase free testosterone, lower estradiol, and support bone health. It also improves the utilization of Vitamin D and magnesium.

Selenium:
Selenium supports testosterone and sperm production and has antioxidant activity that protects cells against oxidative stress

Vitamin D3:
Vitamin D is a precursor to hormones and is directly linked to higher testosterone levels and improved mental well-being. Common deficiency in Iceland makes supplementation especially important.

Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-4):
In animal studies, K2 has increased testosterone production in the testes. It also supports calcium balance and heart health in combination with D3.

Iodine:
Essential for the thyroid gland, which regulates metabolism and affects hormonal balance, including testosterone production.
