D3 helps absorb calcium. K2 directs it to the right place. The calcium itself comes from Icelandic algae.

Vitamin D on its own is only half the story. It increases calcium absorption from food—but without K2, some of that calcium ends up in arterial walls instead of bones. K2 (MK-7) activates the proteins that direct calcium into the bones and keep it away from the arteries. That is why they are together in this capsule, with 150 mg of calcium from Lithothamnion red algae that grows off the coast of Iceland.

What’s in the capsule?

• Vitamin D3 – 50 mcg (2,000 IU): Ten times the reference value—the dosage needed to maintain Vitamin D levels in the blood throughout the Icelandic winter, when the sun does nothing for you from October through April.
• Vitamin K2 (MK-7) – 100 mcg: MK-7 is the longest-acting form of K2—a half-life of about three days, compared to hours for MK-4. One capsule per day maintains a stable concentration.
• Calcium – 150 mg and Magnesium – 10 mg from Lithothamnion: The ICECAL calcium algae is harvested from the sea off Iceland. A natural mineral form with over 70 trace elements, not mined calcium carbonate.

Who is it for?

Everyone living in Iceland from October to April. Women over forty. Those who train heavily and place strain on their bones. Those who already take Vitamin D but have never paired it with K2.

How do you use it?

One capsule daily with a fatty meal—Vitamin D3 and K2 are both fat-soluble and absorption is multiplied with fat. Vitamin D levels in the blood increase over 6–8 weeks.

Packaging: 60 capsules • 60-day supply • 1 capsule per day
Contents per capsule: Lithothamnion algae 470 mg, Vitamin D3 50 mcg, Vitamin K2 MK-7 100 mcg. Vegetable cellulose capsule. No additives.

Magnesium in a form that the body absorbs quickly — with B6 to help it enter the cells.

Magnesium is involved in over 300 chemical reactions in the body: muscle contraction, nerve signaling, energy production, and sleep. Most people get too little from their diet. Magnesium citrate is highly soluble, absorbs quickly, and is suitable for those who want to feel the difference fast. The vitamin B6 in the capsule helps the magnesium enter the cells where it does its work.

What is in the daily dose (3 capsules)?

• Magnesium (citrate) – 242 mg: 64% of the reference value. The citrate form is known for good absorption and being gentle on digestion — keeping it moving without being too harsh.
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – 4.2 mg: 300% of the reference value. B6 and magnesium work together: B6 increases the uptake of magnesium into cells, and magnesium is needed to activate B6.

Who is it for?

Nighttime leg cramps. Stiff muscles after exercise. Those who sleep lightly or have difficulty relaxing in the evening. Those who drink a lot of coffee — caffeine increases magnesium excretion.

How do you use it?

Three capsules a day with food, or all three in the evening if the goal is sleep and relaxation. Leg cramps and muscle tension usually subside within 1–2 weeks.

Packaging: 90 capsules • 30-day supply • 3 capsules per day
Content per capsule: Magnesium citrate 498 mg, pyridoxine HCl 1.7 mg. Vegetable cellulose capsules. No additives.

The mildest form of magnesium available. For sleep, relaxation, and sensitive digestion.

Magnesium bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. It passes through the intestinal wall as an intact molecule, does not irritate digestion, and does not have the laxative effects that citrate and oxide do. Glycine itself is not just a carrier — it calms the nervous system and is associated with deeper sleep. This is why it is the form that people take in the evening.

What is in a daily dose (3 capsules)?

• Magnesium (bisglycinate) – 211 mg: 56% of the reference value. For muscles, the nervous system, sleep, and energy metabolism. Bisglycinate is the form with the best absorption and fewest side effects on digestion.
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – 4.2 mg: 300% of the reference value. B6 helps transport magnesium into the cells, and magnesium is needed to activate B6 — they work as a pair.

For whom?

Those who are light sleepers or wake up feeling tense. Those who have tried other magnesium supplements and experienced stomach discomfort. Nighttime leg cramps, stiff muscles after exercise, or long days that end with your head still racing.

How do you use it?

Three capsules in the evening, 30–60 minutes before bedtime, or spread throughout the day with food. Relaxation and sleep benefits are often felt the first night; muscle effects build up over 1–2 weeks.

If you prefer a faster-acting form for the day and digestion, Magnesium citrate is the right choice.

Packaging: 90 capsules • 30-day supply • 3 capsules per day
Content per capsule: Magnesium bisglycinate 498 mg, pyridoxine HCl 1.7 mg. Vegetable-based capsules. No additives.

Eight B vitamins in full doses and magnesium in a form the body absorbs.

B vitamins are the workhorses of the body's energy metabolism — they convert the food you eat into energy you can use. They are not stored in the body and must therefore be replenished daily. B-Super provides all eight in two capsules, with 131 mg of magnesium bisglycinate to complete the task.

What is in the daily dose (2 capsules)?

• Magnesium (bisglycinate) – 131 mg: Bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. It is gentle on the digestive system and does not cause the laxative effects that cheaper forms of magnesium do.
• B1 thiamine – 3.6 mg · B2 riboflavin – 3.4 mg · B3 niacin – 35 mg · B5 pantothenic acid – 12.5 mg: The energy vitamins. Work together to release energy from carbohydrates, fats, and protein.
• B6 pyridoxine – 3.6 mg · B9 folic acid – 1,071 mcg · B12 cobalamin – 5.6 mcg: The trio for the nervous system, blood formation, and homocysteine balance.
• B7 biotin – 50 mcg: For hair, skin, and nails.

For whom?

For those who are tired for no reason, work long days, drink coffee to get through the afternoon, or eat a monotonous diet. Vegetarians and vegans need B12 from outside sources — this is the simplest way.

How do you use it?

Two capsules with breakfast. B vitamins are water-soluble and best taken with food, not on an empty stomach. A difference in energy is usually felt within two weeks.

Packaging: 60 capsules • 30-day supply • 2 capsules per day
Contents per capsule: Magnesium bisglycinate 465 mg, B-complex blend 30 mg, biotin. Vegetable cellulose capsule. No fillers.

Three substances the thyroid needs. The iodine comes from knotted wrack that grows off the coast of Iceland.

The thyroid regulates metabolic rate, energy, temperature, and weight—and it needs three raw materials to produce its hormones: iodine to build them, selenium to activate them, and zinc to sense them. Klóþang puts all three into one capsule, with iodine from Icelandic knotted wrack (Ascophyllum nodosum) instead of solely synthetic iodine.

What is in the capsule?

• Icelandic knotted wrack – 414 mg, total iodine 381 mcg: Hand-harvested in Iceland. Knotted wrack is one of the most iodine-rich plants in the world and contains trace elements that pure potassium iodide does not.
• Zinc (bisglycinate) – 12 mg: 120% of the reference value. For the immune system, skin, hair, and thyroid sensitivity—in the form that is best absorbed.
• Selenium (selenium-enriched yeast) – 100 mcg: Organic selenium from yeast, not sodium selenite. Selenium is necessary to convert T4 into the active T3 hormone.

For whom?

Those who experience fatigue, coldness, and a slow metabolism. Those who eat little fish and dairy products—the primary sources of iodine for Icelanders. People who want Icelandic raw materials in their supplements.

How do you use it?

One capsule daily with food. The thyroid works slowly; give it 6–8 weeks.

Packaging: 90 capsules • 90-day supply • 1 capsule per day
Content per capsule: Icelandic knotted wrack 414 mg, zinc bisglycinate 40 mg, selenium-enriched yeast 46 mg, potassium iodide. Vegetable cellulose capsule. No additives.

Iron that is gentle on the stomach. With vitamin C which triples absorption, and copper that transports the iron into the blood.

Most people stop taking iron for the same reason: stomach pain, constipation, nausea. That is ferrous sulfate — the cheap form. Iron bisglycinate is iron bound to the amino acid glycine; it passes through the digestive system without irritating it and is absorbed better. FeBC stands for Fe (iron), B (bisglycinate), and C (vitamin C) — three elements that together make the iron something you can take daily.

What is in the capsule?

• Iron (bisglycinate) – 14 mg: 100% of the reference intake. For blood formation, oxygen transport, and energy. Iron deficiency is the world’s most common nutritional deficiency — and manifests as fatigue that sleep does not cure.
• Vitamin C – 425 mg: Converts iron into the form that the intestines absorb. Studies show up to triple the iron absorption when vitamin C is taken simultaneously.
• Copper (bisglycinate) – 1 mg: Without copper, iron cannot move from storage into the blood. Iron supplements without copper can cause a copper deficiency over time.

For whom?

Women with heavy menstruation, vegetarians and vegans, since iron from plants is poorly absorbed. Endurance athletes. Those who have tested low in ferritin.

How do you use it?

One capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach or between meals — iron is absorbed best without food. Do not take with coffee, tea, or milk; they hinder absorption. Ferritin takes 2–3 months to build up.

Packaging: 60 capsules • 60-day supply • 1 capsule per day
Contents per capsule: Ascorbic acid 425 mg, iron bisglycinate 70 mg, copper bisglycinate 3.5 mg. Vegetable cellulose capsule. No additives.

950 mg of Vitamin C per day. With Vitamin E so it lasts longer in the body.

Vitamin C is the antioxidant everyone knows — and most people take too little of. Two capsules deliver 950 mg, twelve times the reference requirement, along with 24 mg of Vitamin E. The reason for the pairing: Vitamin C regenerates Vitamin E after it has neutralized free radicals, and Vitamin E protects Vitamin C in return. Two antioxidants that keep each other going.

What is in the daily dose (2 capsules)?

• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) – 950 mg: For the immune system, collagen formation in skin, joints and blood vessels, and iron absorption from food. Water-soluble — the body does not store it, which is why it is needed daily.
• Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) – 24 mg α-TE: The natural form, not synthetic dl-alpha. A fat-soluble antioxidant that protects cell membranes.

For whom?

The winter months. Periods of high stress. Those who train a lot — intense exercise increases oxidative stress and the need for Vitamin C. Smokers need at least 35 mg more per day than others.

How do you use it?

Two capsules a day with food — one in the morning and one in the afternoon results in more consistent blood levels than both at once. Pairs well with Iron FeBC if you take iron: Vitamin C multiplies the absorption.

Packaging: 90 capsules • 45-day supply • 2 capsules per day
Content per capsule: Ascorbic acid 475 mg, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 25 mg. Capsule made from plant cellulose. No additives.

One capsule. Half an hour before bed. Nothing more complicated than that.

Melatonin and glycine is the simplest sleep product we make: 1 mg of melatonin to tell the body that night has begun, and 500 mg of glycine to lower the core temperature and calm the nervous system while you fall asleep. Two ingredients, no fillers, nothing you need to worry about.

What is in the capsule?

• Melatonin – 1 mg: The hormone that regulates the circadian rhythm. A low dose by design — 1 mg is enough to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep without leaving you feeling tired the next day.
• Glycine – 500 mg: An amino acid that research links to deeper sleep and feeling more rested in the morning. It works with the melatonin: melatonin switches on sleep, glycine makes it better.

For whom?

For those who have trouble falling asleep — not necessarily staying asleep. Shift work, traveling across time zones, or evenings that drag on with a phone in hand. If the problem is waking up in the middle of the night, Deep Sleep is the better product.

How do you use it?

One capsule 30–60 minutes before bed. The first night will tell you everything — melatonin works immediately, not after weeks.

Packaging: 60 capsules • 60-day supply • 1 capsule per day
Contents per capsule: Glycine 499 mg, melatonin 1 mg. Vegetable cellulose capsule. No additives.
